Confidentiality of documents, trade secrets and data


We can assure you that all the information and documents we receive from you relating to translation or other Services being provided are kept strictly confidential, and used solely for the purpose laid out in the relevant contract pertaining to the supply of services.

We ensure that all our in-house team and contractors involved in the provision of the Services are bound by the obligation of confidentiality, either by contract or in other written form.

The only exception to this obligation of confidentially is information that is in the public domain at the time it is communicated, or that subsequently becomes public knowledge as a result of any act that cannot be attributable to the party who was the recipient of said information.

Soget Est has drawn up a policy to show how we protect the data of our clients and suppliers, and our commitment to respecting your privacy.

The policy describes how we collect, store and disclose information in our possession.
At any time, you are entitled to edit or ask us to delete your data, as laid down in the Italian privacy act n° 675/96 dated 31.12.1996.
Said policy sets out the ways data are edited and deleted, and also covers the use of cookies as laid down in Directive 2002/58/EC, as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC.
