We specialize in handling projects involving creating, translating and publishing text and digital content in all major foreign languages. We handle projects of any size, drawing on the combined skills of any number of translators and professionals at a time, and using advanced IT tools for sharing, progressing and optimizing their work. Each project is carried out following the client’s instructions to the letter and in full compliance with the procedures set out in our EN ISO 17100-certified quality system.
Project management: working within the client’s timeframe and ensuring fast turnaround times to meet delivery deadlines, in strict compliance with the client’s instructions and our own procedures.
Our Sales Managers are tasked with drawing up the quote and finalizing the contract, while the translation project’s management is handled by our Project Managers.
Our Project Managers are tasked with coordinating the large number of professionals involved along the whole content chain: copy and technical writers, translators, terminologists, revisers, consultants, localizers, graphic designers, page layout specialists, typesetters, software specialists and many more.
Operators selected and assessed in compliance with the requirements of standard EN 17100.
The Project Manager is the contact person you have been assigned and who will be happy to help you by dealing with any requests you may have, coming up with solutions, making improvements, implementing process controls and, more generally speaking, taking any steps that can help or are required to ensure the project is completed on time and with the best outcome.
We handle the project from start to finish, which can include creating, translating, publishing and updating documents
Each Project Manager is adept in the skilled use of the company’s project management systems — quality plans, supplier selection and monitoring, job progress, quality controls, networking and backups, etc. — in addition to process tools: universal editors, TM-based systems (using translation memories), glossaries and terminology databases.
